Palmar Condos is one of the greatest developments on the island. Among it’s amenities it has a big pool, hot tube, gym, club house, tennis and basketball court.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of this 8 floor building with a great and spacious terrace that faces the beautiful gardens of the building. It has 3 big bedrooms, the main one is at the 2nd floor with a King Size bed, TV and full bathroom with jacuzzi.
Second room has 1 queen size bed and a full bathroom with a small terrace facing the tennis court.
Third room has 1 individual bed and 1 matrimonial bed, full bathroom and TV.
The kitchen, living room and dinning room share a big open area facing the terrace and the green areas of the building. Kitchen is full equipped (oven, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, blender, toaster…). Dinning room for 8 people and a confortable living room with a huge screen to watch your favorite movies and series.
The terrace has a BBQ grill with an exterior living room and huge dinning room to relax and enjoy the weather.
Palmar is a Family Complex, this is why we have a No Party policy and we suggest to keep the noise down after 9 pm.
Security is not a problem, we haver 24 hour security guards taking care of the common areas.
We have discounts on week and monthly reservations.
